Aqua Biodanza^® is done in a swimming pool 1,30 m. (approx 4 feet) deep, with a temperature of 36 ° C (96.8 ° F).

The exercises induce states of regression which have an organic renewal power and reproduce the intrauterine situation. I`ts indeed a "rebirthing" experience, dissolving the repressive armours and helping to heal the cronic stress.

During the session will be proposed playful exercises, of motor integration, movement pleasure, fluidity, contact and relax, or "trance".

Aqua Biodanza^® brings to great harmony and big revitalizing feeling.

Clothing: two bathsuits, bathrobe, bath shoes and cap.
